ITS to Host Cyber Security Summit

Posted on by mbordas

October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month. In support of NCSAM, ITS will host a Cyber Security Summit for USC faculty, staff, and students on Friday, October 30. The summit will include presentations on important topics such as the security threat landscape, cloud and wireless security, and the Internet of Things.

The summit will take place in the Vineyard Room of the USC Davidson Conference Center on Friday, October 30, 2015, from noon to 4:00 p.m. ITS will stream the event to a location on the Health Sciences Campus (the exact location will be announced shortly) in order for those at HSC to attend as well. Lunch will be served at both locations.

If you wish to attend the summit, either at USC or remotely at HSC, please visit the USC Events page and RSVP with the code BeSafe2015 by Wednesday, October 28, 2015.

All registered attendees, at either campus, will be entered in a raffle to win one of three door prizes:

  • An Apple Watch
  • Two USC Football tickets (USC vs. Arizona on November 7th)
  • Two USC Football tickets (USC vs. UCLA on November 28th)
